While we’ve seen the carrier experiment with giving this device (and even the iPhone 16 Pro) away for free alongside new lines on unlimited plans without trade-in requirements; right now you’ll need to trade-in to get a device for free, unfortunately. The good news, however, is that Verizon will even accept broken or beaten-up phones as part of an eligible trade. All in all, not a bad option – even though we’ve seen better from the carrier before.

Apple iPhone 15 Plus: free with an unlimited data plan at Verizon
If you don’t mind going for an older device, then this week’s Verizon deal on the iPhone 15 Plus is an outstanding choice. Right now, no trade-ins are needed at all to get this device for free alongside a new unlimited data line. And, unlike some similar promotions, this one is technically eligible with a new line on any unlimited plan – not just the super high-end Ultimate plan. That makes this particular deal one with a lower barrier of entry.

Samsung Galaxy S24: free with a trade-in and unlimited plan at Verizon
The Samsung Galaxy S24 is likely to be replaced soon but you can still get a great deal at Verizon this week. As with the above deal on the Google Pixel 9, you can trade in any model of smartphone in any condition to get a potential rebate of up to $830 off – more than enough to cover the entire cost of this device. Verizon’s latest deal allows existing customers to add a second line to their phone for just $10 per month. That’s a second line with unlimited data, texts and calls for a super low price. Note, however, that you will need a dual-SIM compatible smartphone and this is a limited-time-only promotion – so don’t hang around if you’re interested.

Switch: get up to four lines for $25/mo
The perfect multi-line Verizon deal for those looking to set up some new lines at the carrier. This particular promotion will get you $180 off up to four lines over a 36-month duration when you bring your devices over. Unlike with other similar promotions at other carriers you can keep your phone number with this deal.

Switch: get $540 when you bring your own device
Don’t want a new device? No problem – Verizon also offers up to $540 promo credit for those who bring their device over from a rival carrier. Note that this credit is applied over 36 months and only applies to unlimited data plans. You’ll also need to be on the Unlimited Plus plan to get the full amount (you’ll get $180 with the Unlimited Plus plan).

Plan deal: students save up to $25/mo with unlimited plans
Verizon offers a hefty discount for actively enrolled students, with a saving of up to $25 per month on the Welcome Unlimited plan. From the small print, it appears that you can have up to two lines with this promo and it also applies if you bring your own device. You will, however, need to log in to prove your eligibility.

Verizon home internet: Netflix and Max for 12-months
And, it’s not just phones that are covered in this week’s early Black Friday deals at Verizon. You can also get some superb freebies with the carrier’s home internet packages, which by the way, are much cheaper if you’re an existing mobile user. Right now, new customers will get a full year of Netflix and HBO Max on the house – two streaming service bundles that equate to over $200 in value. If you’d prefer, there’s also an Xbox gaming bundle up for grabs with a gift card and accessories.

Sick of slow internet? If you can get it in your local area Verizon FIOS is a fantastic choice with its incredible fiber-optic speeds. Right now, there’s also a great introductory deal for new customers across the diverse range of plans. Those signing up for one of the two basic plans will get Vix premium for 12 months. Those who go for either the high-end one-gig or two-gig plans will not only get Vix Premium for 12 months, but an additional 12 months of Netflix and HBO Max on the house.
